The swab tests, after washing, performed by health inspectors internal or external to the user
certify that all parts of the unit are perfectly clean since they contain no dirt retention zones.
Fresh air is highly beneficial for the products
Apart from its hygiene functions linked with the positive pressure, the blown fresh air controls the renewal of the air in the room and supplies O2 while diluting the CO2 and NH3 which is essential for certain products (e.g.: cheeses) and for the personnel.

Priority air / products interactions 
For Air Quality Process, it is the products which command. This is even more so when they are "living", like cheeses. Their final qualities, at the time of sale, are determined by the biochemical transformations taking place within them and by the ambient air in which they develop at all stages, from coagulation to ripening and beyond. They must be able to exchange heat, humidity and gases with this air as necessary, at their own rhythm and without disrupting the internal ecosystem specific to each cheese dairy. This is the high quality dynamic air conditioning provided by Air Quality Process.

Permanent coupling of relative humidity and ventilation
Respecting the process air temperatures is the least we can do, but it is not the most important for Air Quality Process. It is the permanent action on the relative humidity and ventilation couple which has the greatest effect on the pH and the weight of water in the products, as well as on the homogeneity of production batches. The interdependent production and regulation of the air relative humidity, circulation and temperature have been developed to the maximum by Air Quality Process.
