Multi function/multi product concept
To respond to the production evolution experienced by our clients, a unique by-pass system has been standardised on our range of floor-based equipment, also known as "convertibles".
The objective is to bring you an extra lever in the management of your rooms and therefore in the control of your results thanks to the very considerable variation (from 1 to 2) in the rate of air circulation.
In the cheese industry, for example, the concept of flexibility can be pushed to the extreme; with suitable proportioning, one machine allows you to carry out in the same room very different processes such as airing, ripening, drying and cooling before packaging.

Preserved advantages
The aeraulics (direct air diffusion or via textile duct) with the air conditioner positioned in the centre of the room where the layout of the room allows it, are carried out in conformity with the configuration of each room and allow the optimum homogeneity of result.
- The system guarantees optimum food safety because of the smooth stainless steel tubes (without vanes) in its exchanger which circulate the air. With no recesses or dead zones, the exchanger is 100% accessible for manual washing and for hygiene monitoring without being disassembled.
- The motor, which propels the air, is of very low power (2 or 3 times lower in comparison to classic systems, leading to considerable energy savings)
- Mobile and compact, the simplified air conditioner fits easily into the premises and presents no problems for any later redesign of the facilities
Maximum homogeneity in results
