Test Room

Desirous of deepening its know-how in air diffusion, Air Quality Process devoted a third of its building costs in 1995 to the creation of 3 test rooms.
One of them which measures 20m x 10 m, has a mobile ceiling which can be moved from 3m to 6 m in height in order to simulate the various conditions to be found in rooms in the agri-food industry.

    This exceptional tool has allowed Air Quality Process to make progress in the technology of textile ducts offered to its customers
  • lduct technology
    Development of the porous duct led to the slotted duct, then to the perforated induction duct; this type of duct, used since 1999, has permitted us to improve the homogeneity of results with our customers
    tailor-made ducts which follow the configuration of your rooms ( taking into account the height below the ceiling, the width, the type of storage equipment for your products, the presence of pillars or beams in the room).
    Each air conditioner is tested before it leaves the factory with its textile duct (air flows, air speed...) 
  • Client specific issues
    • Air Quality Process puts its aeraulics centre at your disposal to help you to resolve your individual issues: reduction in drying or cooling times for your products, improvement in the homogeneity of air diffusion (temperature, hygrometry, air speeds)
    • We take account of the individuality of your project (nature of the product, configuration of the room, type of support, loading configuration...
    • The objective is to implement an aeraulics  system which is the most compatible with your industrial requirements
    • Tests are carried out in our Aeraulics Centre or on site
