The Air Quality Process After Sales Service is committed to being the interface between the firm and all its customers from the moment when installations have been completely installed.
Its global mission is to ensure the lasting satisfaction of the users by carrying out, in accordance with the procedures in force and the development of the equipment, all burn-in, and optimisation and preservation operations on new installations as well as undertaking the prevention, repair and modification of all faults on installations in service.

Covered by internal reception (minutes and supply) of the installation which has been completed and is working "on idle"

Definition of the work to be carried out to tune and optimise performance

Validation of the technical manual given to the users of the installation

Examination of all after sales requests from customers and direct treatment (support/advice) or via the after sales corrective maintenance/support and/or assistance service

Requests for external diagnosis interventions when necessary

Validation for all WO (Work Orders) submitted by dependant functions (tuning, corrective maintenance) for all the relevant After Sales Service operations from opening to closure of the WO

Treatment of non-conformities according to the procedure in force

Coordination of interventions

Application of the firm's guarantee.

Offering clients performance verification and maintenance contracts
